What You'll Do
IT Leadership:
You’ll oversee and optimize our integrated technology systems that enable real-time inventory sharing and seamless order processing. Your expertise will ensure our systems remain robust, efficient, and at the cutting edge of innovation, supporting DistraNet’s mission to connect and empower our partners.
Data Analysis & Operations:
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across DistraNet’s network.
Visionary Strategy:
You’ll set the course for DistraNet’s future, aligning our goals with our commitment to the Parker Hannifin brand and driving initiatives that enhance member value. Your strategic vision will help foster collaboration, expand opportunities, and ensure DistraNet continues to thrive as a vital resource for our partners.
Sales Engagement:
By strengthening relationships with our distributor members and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll champion DistraNet’s value proposition. Your ability to communicate the advantages of our cooperative network and Parker Hannifin products will be instrumental in driving members’ success and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or business-related field required, Master of Science or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience with progressive operations experience with a focus on Information Technology, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Finance.
  • Proven leadership experience in IT systems management, strategic planning, operations, and sales.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to innovate and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with partners.
